APPROACH TO PARAMETRIC ARCHITECTURE / ITESM CSF
Basic Approach to Parametric Architecture as a Design Process for Developing Stadium Facades and Tensile Structures within ITESM CSF. The courses were taught by architects Fabiano Continanza and Alejandro González and were held in consecutive years.
The first project involved creating the envelope for a stadium where we not only had to manage it at the model and digital drawing level but also in its physical form. The envelope was created using tools like Grasshopper and Rhino, while the model was laser-cut and assembled by hand. (2016 with Paulina Elizondo and Alberto Larios)
Acercamiento básico a la arquitectura paramétrica como proceso de diseño para elaborar fachadas (estadio) y velarias dentro del ITESM CSF. Los cursos fueron impartidos por los arquitectos Fabiano Continanza y Alejando González, y se llevaron en años consecutivos.
El primer proyecto fue realizar el envolvente para un estadio donde no solo deberíamos manejarlo a nivel modelo y dibujo digital, sino que la forma física del mismo. El envolvente se realizó utilizando herramientas como Grasshopper y Rhino mientras que la maqueta fue cortada a laser y ensamblada a mano. (2016 con Paulina Elizondo y Alberto Larios)
